1. You must get prior written approval for outside improvements through the ARC committee. You can not commence the changes until approved and filed.

2. You should have received a copy from your realtor prior to closing. If not you can contact the Secretary or President and we will provide what you need.

3. You can contact any board member by telephone or e-mail.

4. The Tiffany Oaks Owners Association uses the money to meet its day-to-day financial obligations, including electricity and water, common area landscaping and maintenance, pond maintenance, insurance expenses, annual meeting expenses, and reserve fund obligations. The existence of these activities and amenities supports the property value of every homeowner. 

5. Street lights are JEA property. They must be contacted at 665-6000.

6. If you plan to sell, your realtor needs to provide a copy of the current HOA Covenants to the prospective buyer before closing. Open houses are allowed however parked cars shall not block the street at any time. One sign and or one flyer box is permitted on the property. A small sign may be placed at the entrance however it may not be placed in or around the Tiffany Oaks Sign.

7. The Sheriff's Office non emergency number is 630-0500. This is the number to use when you need the police but ASAP but it is not a real emergency. For immediate response dial 911.
