WEB SITE - We have started this site to pass on neighborhood information. We will update some things once a month and more often as needed. Anytime we post an update you will receive an e-mail. Please take a minute of your time to see what is new and if it applies to you.

SPEEDING ON OUR STREET -

On a daily basis vehicles speed down our street. Some of these speeders are non-residents but some are our neighbors. Please slow down. Tell your company to slow down. Tell the School Bus drivers, Fed Ex and UPS driver to slow down.

CHANGE OF MAILING OR E-MAIL ADDRESS -

Have you changed your mailing address or e-mail address? It is the owner's responsibility to provide the BOD with your change of address. We need it to contact you on issues and neighborhood events.

POOPER SCOOPERS -

Plastic bags are good to use as a method of picking up after your dog. Dog owners are required to pick up after their dog along the street and around the common area. Reusing plastic grocery bags for this purpose is cheap and helps keep our neighborhood clean.  Walking your dog and picking up after your dog is a responsibility that comes with dog ownership.

CATS -

Cats come under the same laws as dogs. Cats are not allowed to roam the neighborhood. They must be on a leash. Your neighbor didn't buy a vehicle so your cat will have a place to sit. Enough said.

TRASH -

Household pick up is on Thursday, Yard trash is on Friday. Please don't put your trash out before 4:00pm the day before. (Hurricane or Tropical Storm damage is the exception). 

BASKETBALL HOOPS - These are not allowed to be placed on the street.

LAWN WATERING RULES HAVE CHANGED 

Lawn watering rules have changed back to one day a week in Jacksonville. All resident's need to comply with the new watering times. Odd house numbers can water on Saturday only.  If you have a even house number you can only  water on  Sunday. The day is determined by the last number of your address. NO WATERING BETWEEN 10:00AM AND 4:00PM.
